Service Requests

Submitting a request through a hosted page does not guarantee appointment availability, pricing, or service acceptance. The business you contact is responsible for confirming service details, scheduling, availability, and pricing.

Business Responsibility

SwarmDigiz provides software tools for local service businesses. The individual business is responsible for the services it provides, customer communication, quotes, appointments, invoices, and fulfillment.

SMS Messaging

If you choose to opt in to SMS messages, you agree to receive customer care messages related to your service request, appointment, quote, or service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to request service.

No Emergency Use

Hosted service request pages are not intended for emergencies. If you have an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or call the business directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse hosted forms, submit false information, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use the service for unlawful activity.
