Run your service business from one workspace.
This guide helps owners and teams set up SwarmDigiz, manage leads, book appointments, send invoices, collect reviews, invite team members, and prepare SMS messaging with A2P compliance.

- Add logo and public photos for trust.

3. Leads & Contacts
Leads are potential jobs or customer requests. Contacts are people or customers your business may call, text, email, schedule, invoice, or follow up with.
- Use New Lead to quickly capture a customer request.
- Keep phone numbers accurate for calling, SMS, and follow-up.
- Use lead status to track active, won, or lost opportunities.
- Convert high-intent leads into appointments or invoices.
4. Appointments
Appointments help you manage your daily schedule, service jobs, team assignments, and booking flow.
- Create appointments from the web dashboard or mobile app.
- Use date, time, service, address, and assigned team member fields.
- Update appointment status as scheduled, completed, cancelled, no-show, or blocked.
- Completed appointments can trigger review request workflows when configured.
5. Conversations & SMS
Conversations let your team keep customer messages organized in one place. SMS sending is controlled by plan access, tenant settings, and A2P readiness.
- Use conversations to save customer communication history.
- Outbound SMS requires valid customer consent and approved sending configuration.
- For customers who opt out, do not continue sending SMS.
- Use email or phone calls when SMS is not enabled.
6. Invoices & Payments
SwarmDigiz supports invoice creation, invoice status tracking, and payment link workflows.
- Create invoices with customer name, service description, amount, and due date.
- Send payment links when Stripe payment tools are enabled.
- Mark invoices paid when payment is received.
- Use invoice payment status to trigger review requests when configured.
7. Reviews & Reputation
Reputation tools help you request reviews from completed customers and keep a record of review request activity.
- Add your Google review link in Business Profile.
- Customize your review request message.
- Use review automation carefully and only for customers who had a real service interaction.
- Review request SMS requires SMS/A2P readiness.
8. Team Members
Team members can be added to your business workspace with secure invite links.
- Add a team member with name, email, phone, and role.
- SwarmDigiz sends a secure setup link by email.
- The invited user sets their password through the invite link.
- Their access is tied to the correct business workspace and role.
9. SMS A2P Setup Guide
A2P 10DLC is the registration process used by U.S. carriers for business text messaging. Businesses should complete A2P setup before sending customer SMS at scale.
Before starting A2P registration
- Use your real legal business name.
- Use matching business details across your website, Twilio, and public pages.
- Have a working website or hosted business page.
- Publish Privacy Policy and Terms pages.
- Make sure SMS opt-in language is visible where customers submit forms.
Recommended SMS consent language
Campaign use case
For most service businesses, the safest A2P use case is Customer Care. Use descriptions such as appointment updates, service request follow-up, quote follow-up, booking confirmation, and review request messages.
What to avoid
- Do not claim customers opted in if your form does not show SMS consent.
- Do not use misleading or unrelated campaign descriptions.
- Do not send promotional blasts before your campaign is approved.
- Do not share one business’s approved sender across unrelated businesses unless explicitly configured and compliant.
After approval
- Connect the approved phone number or messaging service to the business workspace.
- Send a small test message to confirm delivery.
- Monitor failed delivery, opt-outs, and customer replies.
- Keep Privacy Policy, Terms, and consent language available on public request pages.
10. Troubleshooting
