SwarmDigiz User Guide

Run your service business from one workspace.

This guide helps owners and teams set up SwarmDigiz, manage leads, book appointments, send invoices, collect reviews, invite team members, and prepare SMS messaging with A2P compliance.

Quick Navigation

1. Getting Started

SwarmDigiz is a Service Business OS for local operators. It brings together CRM, bookings, customer conversations, invoices, reviews, team access, and automation.

Recommended setup order:
  1. Log in to your workspace.
  2. Complete your Business Profile.
  3. Add your services and pricing.
  4. Create or import contacts/leads.
  5. Set up appointments, invoices, and review automation.
  6. Invite team members.
  7. Complete SMS A2P setup before sending business text messages.

2. Business Profile

Your Business Profile controls how your company appears across public pages, invoices, receipts, review requests, and customer-facing communication.

3. Leads & Contacts

Leads are potential jobs or customer requests. Contacts are people or customers your business may call, text, email, schedule, invoice, or follow up with.

4. Appointments

Appointments help you manage your daily schedule, service jobs, team assignments, and booking flow.

5. Conversations & SMS

Conversations let your team keep customer messages organized in one place. SMS sending is controlled by plan access, tenant settings, and A2P readiness.

SMS should not be enabled for a business until that business has an approved sender or is explicitly approved to use the platform sender. SwarmDigiz isolates SMS access by business workspace.

6. Invoices & Payments

SwarmDigiz supports invoice creation, invoice status tracking, and payment link workflows.

7. Reviews & Reputation

Reputation tools help you request reviews from completed customers and keep a record of review request activity.

8. Team Members

Team members can be added to your business workspace with secure invite links.

9. SMS A2P Setup Guide

A2P 10DLC is the registration process used by U.S. carriers for business text messaging. Businesses should complete A2P setup before sending customer SMS at scale.

Before starting A2P registration

Recommended SMS consent language

Example: “I agree to receive text messages from this business about my service request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to request service.”

Campaign use case

For most service businesses, the safest A2P use case is Customer Care. Use descriptions such as appointment updates, service request follow-up, quote follow-up, booking confirmation, and review request messages.
